All bidders must be pre-approved by July 04, 2023. Simply register on HiBid if you do not have an account already. If you have an account, sign in for the The Motion Room auction sale. You will receive a credit card authorization form by email after you have registered with Auction Vaults. You must complete this form and return it by email to info@auctionsvaults.com no later than July 04, 2023.

Payment is due in full on receipt of your invoice. If you are paying by E-transfer, you must note this in the auctioneers notes on registration. All credit cards will be charged at the sale conclusion, in accordance with your authorization supplied by email.

There is no shipping available for this auction sale.

All bidders must pick up their items by July 11, 2023 at 3:00pm EST. You must have a paid invoice to collect your items at the Gym. No items will be released without your invoice mark paid by Auction Vaults. The gym pick up location is in Toronto, Ontario and the address and pick up times will be on your invoice at the sale conclusion. All buyers must supply their own help to load their vehicles on pick up.
